My name is Nathan Skidmore, I am a researcher and colleague of Dr. Mary O’Keeffe. I am writing to you on behalf of the European Pain Federation EFIC with a kind reminder about the important research we are conducting which may be of interest.
As a reminder, The European Pain Federation EFIC Education Committee are conducting a study to examine the provision of Pain Education within Medical, Physiotherapy, Nursing and Psychology Training Programmes across Europe, as well as the availability of Postgraduate Pain Specialisation Options for these health professional groups. Ethical approval was received from the University College Dublin.
Three medical doctors are part of the steering committee: Professor Bart Morlion, Dr Andreas Kopf, and Professor Frank Huygen.
The first part of our methodology is a one off SurveyMonkey. We are inviting individuals who are employed in European institutions and who have a role in the delivery and/development of education within these disciplines to complete it.
The deadline for this survey has now been extended until Friday 3rd November to accommodate those who wish to complete the survey after the summer break.

We really appreciate your support at The European Pain Federation EFIC Education Committee and would like to thank you for your efforts in supporting this important work.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me (at this email) or Dr. Mary O’Keeffe (maryokeeffe@efic.org).
Kindest Regards,
