Students´ section is established:

On constitutive meeting of students, in presence of president or vice-president of the nearest region or any other representative of executive committee of the UNIFY CR (written invitation). The term of the meeting is announced (in written form) to the UNIFY CR – to the member of the committee who is responsible for regional activities, students and SIG (V.Vackova – Tato adresa je chráněna proti spamování, pro její zobrazení potřebujete mít Java scripty povoleny .). At the meeting president and vice-president (and possibly a treasurer) of students´ section are voted, and the name of students´ section is determined (for example “Students of FTVS Prague”, etc.). At least 15 students (members of the UNIFY CR – list of student members of the UNIFY CR is at disposal in the UNIFY office) are necessary for vigor election, and the resolution is accepted, when it is approved by plurality.
Documentation from constitutive meeting should be sent to UNIFY CR immediately after the meeting

Documentation should include

• The name of the students´ section
• Name of president of the students´ section
• Name of vice-president and possibly name of treasurer of the students´ section
• Number of present members
• Results of election (for/against/abstain)

Till ratification at national meeting of the UNIFY, the president of the students´ section gets following authorities:

Call s for regional meetings at least four times per year.

• At the meeting informs about establishing and activities of new students´ section (written report gives to the president of regional affairs of the UNIFY CR).
• President, vice-president, treasurer and other members of the students´ section must be card-carrying members of the UNIFY CR and they must have their subscriptions paid properly.
• Revises activities according to resolutions of the UNIFY CR.
• Communicates with the president of the executive committee of the UNIFY CR or with the president of regional affairs of the UNIFY CR.
• Costs (postage, viaticum) will be paid after submission of bills. Office implements (paper, envelopes etc.) should be ordered (regional president) and will be given at national meetings of the UNIFY CR or in the UNIFY office.
• President of the students´ section determines his office hours; address, phone number-mail address and photo will be presented on www.unify-cr.cz , and in Bulletin. The executive committee of the UNIFY CR requires address and phone number to work and home.
• Works according to “Guidelines for student members of the UNIFY CR” (gets two copies of document – one for the UNIFY CR and one for himself).
• President of students´ section is informed about negotiations of the executive committee of the UNIFY CR.
• Once per month gets records from meeting of the executive committee of the UNIFY CR (e-mail).
• Could be present at the meeting of the executive committee of the UNIFY CR – must announced in written form at least ten days before date the meeting has been planned for.
• The students´ section has an opportunity to announce its activities in Bulletin and on www.unify-cr.cz.
• Informs other members verbally, via e-mail or in wrote form. Acts according to directions of the UNIFY CR.

President of the students´ section informs the president of regional affairs of the UNIFY CR about activities of section. Represents the UNIFY CR properly, does not blemish the interests of the UNIFY CR and acts according to directions of the UNIFY CR.

President of the students´ section is invited to regional and students meetings.

Ratification at the national meeting of the UNIFY CR:
After ratification, new students´ section has full rights and is financially rewarded once per quarter of year. New section gets its own official stamp.
