New regions: Usti n/ L., Karlovy Vary, Pilsen, Ceske Budejovice, Prague, Nymburk, Prostejov, Ostrava, Hradec Kralove, Jablonec n/ N., Brno, Sumperk, Zlin, Benesovsko, Mlada Boleslav have been regularly enacted on the UNIFY CR meeting.

    They work:
  • According to “Guidelines for regional representatives of UNIFY CR”
  • Twice a year they create a schedule of regional activities. This schedule in written form should be delivered to a member of The UNIFY CR committee, who is in actual mandate responsible for regional organization. / V.Vackova ( Tato adresa je chráněna proti spamování, pro její zobrazení potřebujete mít Java scripty povoleny ) /. Schedule for period from January to June should be submitted during December, schedule for period from July to December should be submitted during June.
  • Written records from regional meetings should be processed accordingly to “Structure – reports from region”
  • According to directive of the UNIFY CR committee
  • At the end of calendar year written report about regional activities should be made – for the annual report presented on the UNIFY CR meeting.
  • Regions should conscientiously fulfill their tasks assigned by president of the UNIFY CR. Once per quarter regions must collect and submit documentation of fulfilled tasks, including employment contracts or bills. Documentation will be reviewed by a committee of the UNIFY CR and all costs will be paid.
  • Deadlines for submitting of complete documentation are March, June, September and December.
